Active Comp offers telephone support of its own and other major brand hardware, as well as OEM operating systems, backing it up with direct access to technical support from the original manufacturers. You’ll talk directly to our dedicated team of support technicians who will assist you with your enquiry.

Target - At least 97% of calls answered within 14 Seconds

Our aim is for one of our staff to answer incoming calls within 19 seconds. Our telephone system provides us with real time monitoring and performance.
